Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram phenomenon was born on fifteen August, 1994 in USA. Even though Ashley hasn't spoken extensively about her parents, she has acknowledged her grandfather with the birth of her love for working out, as the bodybuilder was popular in his 20s and 30s. Ashley was active physically from the age of four. She started taking lessons in swimming at the age of four old, and continued for a further 10 years. She participated in numerous events, however she was not as committed since she wasn't prepared to adhere to an incredibly strict diet to ensure that her body was able to perform the best. Her attractive appearance and her slim physique made her famous while she was in high school. However, it's not known the extent to which Ashley dated anyone at the time. When she graduated, Ashley decided not to enroll in college and instead concentrate on her work as modeling fitness. Ashley recognized that she wasn't happy with the appearance of her body when she was 15. Following being urged to join the gym by her grandfather Ashley commenced working out. But, she heeded his advice in starting off slow. Ashley attended the WBFF Las Vegas World Championships 2014 and placed 7th. This was an inspiration to her and she trained harder. Ashley returned to the 2014 WBFF World Championships where she took 5th place. When the event ended, Ashley made the decision to not to participate. There were offers to do photos while participating, however she didn't want to mix up her jobs, but when she stopped competing she decided to turn into a fitness model. A cover shot in one of the most popular fitness magazines led her to a career as a fitness model. The model has now gained a reputation as a sought-after model. She has been a model for a variety of bikini brands and worldwide known clothing brands.
